Do you have a design in mind that you have always dreamed about? Our architects can make your dream home a reality by drawing a Custom Plan. We can design your new home and provide you with the price to build it.

“I already have a Custom plan I like….”

We can build your existing plan on one of our lots. We own or have access to many different lots in metropolitan Chicago, northwest Indiana and southwestern Michigan.

“I own land….”

We can also build on land you already own – your plan or ours. We can also help you buy the land as part of our homebuilding process.

Whether you want a little bit or a lot of customization, we make custom easy. We have designed and built homes from 440 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Our team has the experience and will provide you with the guidance you need throughout your project.
